Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
As an associate researcher, your task will be to take contact with the interviewees and conduct telephone interviews. To some extent, you may also need to identify interview persons and search for contact information. The interviews are conducted in English and the responses should be documented in a systematic manner. The data collection builds on the seven previous rounds of interviews, which were conducted 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2021. It might be requested to also do some coding of the interview responses.

The objective of this project is to develop artificial neural networks for signal processing of diffusion-weighted MR images of the prostate. As an associate researcher you will implement different types of neural networks in Python, which will then be applied to the MR data. You will also work with signal processing of clinical MR data. Depending on your qualifications and interests, relevant MR measurements may also be included in the assignment.
