Current projects: We work on the fibrils formed by huntingtin and α-synuclein important in neurodegenerative diseases and specific chaperones that interact with these fibrils.
Environment: The Siemer lab is part of the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute a modern research facility located at the health science campus of USC, close to downtown Los Angeles.
