Moreover, the laboratory is also analyzing human leiomyomas for cellular heterogeneity and non-invasive diagnostics. The laboratory utilizes molecular and cellular biological techniques, whole exome and genome sequencing, chromosomal microarrays, CRISPR generated humanized mouse animal models, and targeted knockouts. The candidate will also be exposed to human and animal experimentation.
