Currently we are studying the role of APE1/Ref-1 in pancreatic and other solid tumors. We are focusing on the development of APE1/Ref-1 inhibitors as well as combinational therapy. This research makes extensive use of cell and molecular biology techniques and includes small animal (mouse) handling and dosing.
