The Zhang Laboratory (https://cop-zhang.sites.medinfo.ufl.edu/) at the College of Pharmacy, University of Florida is seeking a self-motivated postdoctoral scholar in the area of synthetic/medicinal chemistry. The major responsibilities include conducting experiments related to chemical synthesis and formulation development; other responsibilities include supporting pharmacological/tox studies utilizing in vitro and in vivo model systems. The Immunoengineering lab led by Dr. Zhang integrates materials science, immunology, and clinically relevant animal disease models to create novel nanotherapeutics for controlled modulation of the immune system for disease treatment.
