Postdocs

No, an English language certificate is not required.

The doctorate is unusual or not possible in my country of origin. can i apply?

If you can demonstrate that you have earned a PhD, for instance by scientific publications in journals and publishers that are peer-reviewed in accordance with international standards, you are eligible to apply. If so, you can only apply to the programme for experienced scientists and up to 16 years after earning your first academic credential (bachelor’s, master’s, etc.). If you have an academic post that is equal to or more than that of an associate professor, senior lecturer, reader, etc., you may also apply.
