This project aims to enhance waste management practices in on-site construction by addressing two key areas:(a) reducing the amount of unsorted and abandoned waste, and(b) optimizing waste management by considering human behavior.

The position(s) are offered in relation to the research program Offshore Drones and Robotics and the Postdoc position(s) will be positioned in the Esbjerg Energy Section. Research areas will be within underwater robotics, spanning from control design, dynamic simulations including hydrodynamic disturbances, sensor integration and sensor fusion. The primary goal is to design applications for inspection, monitoring and maintenance of subsea structures and infrastructure. The research will also include experimental testing both in laboratories and field tests at harbor facilities and potentially offshore.
